Questions
Where are my files stored?
Files are stored on our own server storage, in a private folder that is not reachable from the web. They can only be opened through your account or a share link you create.
Who can open my share link?
Anyone who has the link, unless you add a password, an expiry date or a download limit. Links are long random codes that cannot be guessed.
What happens when my plan ends?
You get a short grace period, then you move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted automatically, but you cannot upload more until you are under the free limit.
Which file types are allowed?
Common images, PDFs, office documents, text files, archives, audio and video. Programs, scripts and web pages are blocked for safety.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support with your receipt number. Refunds are reviewed case by case.
Can I earn money by sharing files?
Creator earnings are optional and may be switched off. When they are on, only real unique downloads count, never ad clicks. Check the Earnings page in your dashboard for the live rules.
